As the Authorised Panasonic Toughbook/Toughpad repair centre, our core work is in the physical hardware repair of your Toughbook/Toughpad.
Technical support such as drivers downloads, software incompatibility, and general troubleshooting are to be referred to the place where you purchased the Panasonic Toughbook.

A courier will be organised for system in warranty, 50Km from city metro.
Outside of this area or systems out of warranty, including physically damaged systems will need to be freighted to the service centre at customer cost.
Please Note: Due to some upgrades and improvements to Panasonic Australia Systems and Processes, there may be some longer than normal delays. Repair times will be on average 3-7 working days from receipt of your Tough(TM) item to dispatch back to you. If you have any questions, please contact our office on 02 97333 790. Please be advised as of 06/01/2020 Panasmart hourly labour charges will be revised to $135ex per hour. Our prices have not changed since 2007 (13 years) and unfortunately time to review, which is still under CPI.
Please Note, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) & uncertainty of the virus on hard surfaces still, all units at Panasmart will be wiped down and set aside in quarantine for 3 days before being inspected for repairs.
