Technical support such as drivers downloads, software incompatibility, and general troubleshooting are to be referred to the place where you purchased the Panasonic Toughbook.

A courier will be organised for system in warranty, 50Km from city metro.
Outside of this area or systems out of warranty, including physically damaged systems will need to be freighted to the service centre at customer cost.

Please Note: Due to some upgrades and improvements to Panasonic Australia Systems and Processes, there may be some longer than normal delays. Repair times will be on average 3-7 working days from receipt of your Tough(TM)  item to dispatch back to you. If you have any questions, please contact our office on 02 97333 790.
